Anywhere inside Rochester, MN city limits — hotels, Airbnbs, private homes, and the Mayo Clinic area. Delivery and end-of-rental pickup together are one flat $50. Self-pickup from us is always free.

Both scooters rent for $60 for 24 hours, $200 for a week, and $600 for a month. There is no sales tax on mobility equipment rentals in Minnesota.

You pay securely by card when you reserve online. Instead of a cash deposit, the card you pay with is kept securely on file with our payment processor for the rental period — we never see or store your card number.

We pick the scooter up at the end time you chose — you don't have to do anything but have it ready. Returning early? Just call and we'll come get it.

When another reservation follows yours, some start times are offered with a shorter window — the exact return time is always shown before you pay, on your confirmation, and on your receipt. The regular rate for the rental period applies. If you need the full time, pick an earlier start or another day.

Monday–Friday 8 AM–8 PM and Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–10 PM. Deliveries, pickups, and self-pickup all happen inside those hours.

Our 3-wheel travel scooter supports up to 280 lb with about a 15-mile range. Our 4-wheel deluxe scooter supports up to 330 lb with up to 45 miles of range and a front basket.

Often, yes — reservations open as little as 1 hour ahead when a scooter is free. The website shows live availability, so what you can book is what we can deliver.

Cancel 48 hours or more before your rental starts for a full refund, or 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours — or not being available to receive the scooter — are non-refundable. Call us at (507) 244-6114 to cancel or reschedule; the full policy is on our Refunds page.
