2. Orders and acceptance

• All orders are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the product is out of stock, the price is incorrectly listed, or we detect fraudulent activity.
• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us (via email, WhatsApp, or on-screen confirmation).

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in $ (US) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed securely through our chosen payment processor. The payment options available to you appear at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed orders will honour the price at the time of order.

Delivery timelines, charges, and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently serve our serviceable area.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations and refunds for rental reservations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy — including the cancellation notice tiers and the no-refund rules for early returns and agreement violations. Please review it before reserving.

5a. Rental reservations & returns

• Every rental reservation has a stated start time and a stated return time, shown before payment and repeated on your confirmation and receipt.
• Some start times are offered with a shortened rental window because another reservation follows. When that applies, the earlier return time is clearly shown before you pay, and the regular rate for the selected rental period applies.
• Rented equipment must be returned (or made available for collection) by the stated return time. If you need more time, contact us before the return time and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
• The rental agreement is signed by the person named on the reservation, and rented equipment is released only to that person — a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name is checked at delivery or pickup.
• Use, care, and responsibility for rented equipment are governed by the rental agreement you sign at booking.

6. Product information

We make every effort to display product names, descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to display settings, photography, and natural product variation. If a product materially differs from what was shown, we will replace or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, scrape content, or place fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to block access and report such activity to law enforcement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and product listings — is the property of Rochester Mobility Rentals or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
